  • Once processed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
  • This email will contain the courier name, a unique Tracking Number, and a tracking link.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 5-10 business days after order processing.
  • Express Delivery: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days after processing.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Liability and Disputes

3.1 Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  • If a package is delayed, lost, or not delivered due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3.2 Damaged or Tampered Shipments
  • All products are securely packaged and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Refuse packages showing visible damage or tampering. If accepted, photograph the package and contents, and contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim.
3.3 Delays and Force Majeure
  • Delivery schedules are estimates; we cannot guarantee exact transit times.
  • K.P. LEATHER ASSOCIATES is not liable for delays or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, civil unrest, or courier delays.
