To initiate any return or exchange, contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Items returned without a valid RA may be refused.
Contact our customer service team and provide clear photos of the damaged product. Once verified, we will generate a Return Authorization (RA), and the item must be shipped back to us.
If you wish to exchange a damaged item for an identical replacement, place a new order for the desired item. Provide your original order number and verified damage photos to receive a Return Authorization for the damaged item.
Refunds are processed only after the returned, damaged product has been received and inspected.

We cannot honor returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than verifiable damage.
