To initiate any return or exchange, contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Items returned without a valid RA may be refused.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team and provide clear photos of the damaged product. Once verified, we will generate a Return Authorization (RA), and the item must be shipped back to us.

Completing an Exchange (Replacement)

If you wish to exchange a damaged item for an identical replacement, place a new order for the desired item. Provide your original order number and verified damage photos to receive a Return Authorization for the damaged item.

  • Replacement Delivery Timeline: After receiving and verifying the damaged return, the replacement item will be delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on standard shipping logistics.

3. Refund Process and Timeline

Refunds are processed only after the returned, damaged product has been received and inspected.

  • Internal Processing Time: Verification of the returned item takes 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Credit Timeline: Once verified, refunds are initiated and typically credited within an additional 3-5 business days.

4. Invalid Reasons for Return and Final Sale Policy

We cannot honor returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than verifiable damage.

  • Buyer's Remorse: "Buyer no longer wants the items" is not valid. By placing an order, the buyer enters a legally binding contract to purchase the items.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to halt shipment, but if the order is already in transit, the cancellation cannot be processed.
