To ensure growth, develop new customers/area mapping
To achieve sales & revenue targets.
Monitor competitors' activities.
Collection of payment.
Daily reporting to Team Lead
customer support & service total customer satisfaction
Lead as an individual contributor & as a team, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Can negotiate and close partnership contracts and close deals.

Candidate must be a Diploma / B.E. MECHANICAL / Electrical / Electronic Engg.
The candidate should have Experience in the field of Industrial Solutions & Automation.
Good Communication/Analytical/Go with Good Attitude.
Electrical/Electronic Industrial Automation Products/Services selling experience
The candidate will be expected to perform outbound calls to prospects at all levels across the Industrial Automation department of their organization to position the company's offerings
Managing all export market collateral for all the service/product offerings

Technical Commercial Knowledge on Industrial Automation Products like PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Servo Systems, Projects, Electrical, Automation Instrumentation Engineering Services, Industrial PCs, Vision Inspection Systems Products.
Must have Experience in Industrial Automation Products Sales activities

Candidate must be a Diploma / B.E. MECHANICAL / Electrical / Electronic Engg.
The candidate should have Experience in the field of Industrial Solutions & Automation.
Good Communication/Analytical/Go with a good Attitude.
Collaborate with OEMs to create and train prospect lead qualification process.
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales and deliver reviews.
Working with Partners to achieve targets generates new business opportunities
Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. Lead and schedule weekly and monthly team meetings with the team, OEMs/Suppliers, and leadership.
Track metrics, report data to leadership regularly, Implement performance plans according to company targets, and ensure adherence to the sales process. Sending proposals and closing deals on time
Visiting customer sites, studying requirements, and providing inputs to the technical team to get correct solutions.
